How we work
Alongside your team, with success written down first
We deploy inside the operation. The criteria are agreed before the robot moves.
- 01
Site assessment
We review layout, rack heights, aisle widths, the WMS, and the safety rules, and we agree on what success looks like.
- 02
Deployment
We map routes, complete site access and compliance, and connect the platform to your WMS or ERP.
- 03
Scan and verify
The robot runs its routes. The AI reads every position, checks it against your system, and flags the exceptions.
- 04
Learn and improve
Every run teaches the models more about your site, so the count keeps getting sharper after go-live.
Our AI loop
Models that get better with every run
- Train Models learn from the pallets read in production, on your sites and on the network of sites already live.
- Evaluate Results are checked against ground truth from official counts.
- Deploy Updated models run at the edge, on NVIDIA computing inside the robot.
- Feedback Exceptions your team confirms feed the next round of training.
Watch it run

Questions operations leaders ask
How accurate is it?
Accuracy is above 95% across live sites. At a global CPG company’s distribution center, the first full official inventory on our count was also above 95%, on more than 60,000 pallets in one overnight run.
Does it work with our WMS or ERP?
Yes. The platform works with any WMS or ERP. Every position is matched against your system of record and lands in the digital twin as green, yellow, or red.
How long does it take to go live?
Typically one to two months from contract to operation. That covers site access, safety and compliance, routing, and getting your team comfortable with the results.
How long does the robot run?
More than 18 hours on one charge, enough for a full day of scanning or a complete inventory overnight.
Do we need to stop operations?
No. The robot can run overnight or between shifts, so aisles stay open while your team works.
Is the robot available in the United States?
Not yet. Mexico now, Texas next. We operate in our home market and we are working with operators in Mexico. The Dallas team is for partnerships and early conversations. A U.S. conversation is not a deployment.
