With Google AI First Accelerator program, we will improve our solutions to the world’s most pressing challenges across Logistics & Supply Chain.

Google for Startups Accelerator and Centraal announce the startups selected for the first acceleration program focused on Artificial Intelligence (AI) in Latin America.
Ten companies from Argentina, Chile, Colombia and Mexico will be promoted in this program led by Google and its AI experts.

Mexico City, September 3, 2024. Google for Startups is pleased to announce the first cohort of its Google for Startups Accelerator AI First Latin America (GFSA AI First LATAM) program. The program will be held virtually between September and December of this year, and will aim to connect high-potential AI-focused startups with the best of Google: its products, its people, and its network of experts.

The 10 selected startups develop solutions to real problems in the region in a variety of sectors, including education, e-commerce, fintech, marketing, logistics, among others. The potential to generate a positive impact on society makes them truly remarkable, as does the fact that four of these companies have women as part of their founding team.

“AI is revolutionizing industries and creating entirely new ones. Startups are pioneering in applying these technologies to solve complex problems and develop innovative solutions, some of which have the potential to have a global impact. It is a privilege for our teams to support startups with incredible potential for impact,” said Jose Papo, Startup & Developer Relations Senior Program Manager – Latin America.

GFSA AI First LATAM is part of a global series of Google programs that support top-tier startups in tackling specific technical challenges to help them grow their companies. Entrepreneurs identify and define their technical and business challenges, and then Google and industry experts work closely with their teams to address those challenges. In addition to mentorship and technical support, the program includes deep dives and workshops focused on product design, customer acquisition, and leadership development for founders, among many other topics.

The selected startups have a product on the market, a proven business model and show traction for continued growth. Some of them have raised venture capital in different rounds and all of them have great strength, technological and execution capacity, as well as great potential to scale their products and services through the latest Artificial Intelligence tools. The participating startups are:

Algo Labs (Argentina): Algo Labs develops proprietary technology focused on artificial vision applied to Industry 4.0, whose main solution is focused on inventory management for warehouses and distribution centers.
AndesML (Chile): AndesML is a technological platform that allows e-commerce marketplaces to launch and monetize their own advertising networks.
